Information campaigns

We make information about COVID-19 available to all customer and partner communication channels: app, SMS, social media, Partner Portal and Delivery Driver Portal, for example. On March 18, we launched the institutional website, present in all company communications, to facilitate the consultation of updated information for customers, delivery people, restaurants and other establishments and communities.

It is important to remember that, according to global authorities, there are no reports that COVID-19 can be transmitted through food. Even so, we produce, circulate and will continue to send educational materials about the disease based on recommendations from the Ministry of Health, specialized consultancies and hospitals with information about the virus, its symptoms and forms of prevention.

We are also using our proprietary channels and the press to disseminate information about the initiatives adopted with the purpose of helping all our customers and partners amid the pandemic.
