UPDATED ON 12/29/22 AT 4:40 PM

We at iFood, together with SIS Express, started from today (12/29) the transfers of outstanding amounts to delivery men and women who worked with the logistics operator. Payments will be staggered and continue until January 6th. The first professionals to receive the amounts owed are from Salvador.

We reiterate our commitment to supporting all couriers and delivering outstanding amounts as quickly as possible.

We inform you that, in the cities where SIS Express closed its activities, the registrations of all delivery men and women in its fleet are already being disconnected from the logistics operator and migrated to the cloud segment as of today (12/28). These professionals are being informed via direct message to them, containing more details about this process.

SIS Express will maintain activities in some cities until January 15th and delivery drivers will also be notified individually.

We at iFood reiterate our commitment to delivery men and women and are collecting the amounts and bank details of each professional so that payments can be made as soon as possible. Our priority at this time is to support these professionals, including finding ways for them to continue working with iFood if they wish.

We at iFood are in contact with SIS Express in order to understand the company's decision to suspend its activities and seek the best possible solution for all delivery men and women who were impacted by this measure. Our priority is to support these professionals, including finding ways for them to continue working with iFood if they wish. Regarding any outstanding payments, as agreed with SIS Express, debts will be honored and transfers of amounts due will be carried out as soon as possible.

For delivery men and women who had a relationship with SIS Express in the cities where the company stops operating, their respective registrations will be disconnected from the logistics operator and any of the following paths can be chosen:

1. Migration to the cloud model;
2. Transfer to another logistics operator operating in the city in question.

We reinforce that iFood's priority at this time is to assist impacted delivery men and women.
