Announcement: instability in part of the services in the app.

iFood reports that Amazon Web Services (AWS), the company's main service management platform, has been recording an increasing rate of errors in some of its services throughout today. This instability impacted part of the services provided by the iFood platform and the availability of the service channel, which has already been reestablished.

The iFood technology team quickly adopted a contingency plan to ensure end-to-end service delivery. AWS is also closely monitoring the development of actions to completely resolve the problem.

Due to high demand in the customer service channel, wait times may be longer than normal. iFood is very sorry about this and continues working to identify all cases and resolve them as quickly as possible.

Impacted consumers should access the “Help” area in the iFood app to report their problems.
