The fake delivery man who brutally interrupted the life of young Renan Loureiro last Monday night in São Paulo was arrested today. iFood informs that the accused – Acxel Gabriel de Holanda Peres – was never released on the platform to act as a delivery person. We only recognize his registration as a consumer.
Proactively and within legal limits, we collaborate with the investigation of the case, providing information to the competent authorities.
We sympathize with Renan's bereaved family and reiterate our outrage at the fact that criminals pose as delivery men to commit crimes.
