iFood gives delivery drivers a raise and predicts a gain of R$ 3 thousand per month for 8 hours a day

iFood increases the delivery person's minimum earnings per route and mileage driven during deliveries; delivery driver can have a net income of 2.5 times the minimum wage.

iFood will increase the minimum value of the route for partner delivery drivers, as well as the gain on mileage driven during deliveries. In a note, the platform defined the adjustment as “urgent” due to the increase in fuel prices — gasoline and diesel — and inflation. With the new rates, delivery drivers who work eight hours a day are expected to earn more than R$3,000 a month.
