The 1st Delivery Drivers Forum in Brazil was held between the 13th and 15th of December, bringing together 23 delivery leaders from 14 cities in the country. After several proposals, participants signed a commitment recorded in a letter that lists the priority measures to be implemented by the iFood in the short and medium term, with the aim of producing improvements to workers’ routines.
