It is important to highlight that the fraudulent practice of the machine affects both consumers and iFood, which, in support of customers, after analysis, provides reimbursement even in the face of fraud applied through payment devices that do not belong to the company. Through notifications, iFood advises customers not to accept additional charges upon delivery and informs payment confirmation via the app.
