iFood launches iFood Community to strengthen customer experience

On the new website, customers can interact with the company, suggest improvements and test new app features

On June 14th, iFood, Brazilian technology company, launched the iFood Community, a collaborative website to promote continuous improvements to the application and the experience of its more than 50 million customers. 

The launch event took place at the company's headquarters in Osasco (São Paulo), with the presence of 250 participants, including influencers, brand ambassadors and the iFood CEO, Diego Barreto.

In the iFood Community, customers can interact, participate in exclusive events and a gamification system with rewards, in addition to having early access to testing new features in the app. 

The site also features discussion forums and help content, offering customers a dynamic and collaborative environment to share their experiences and suggestions.

“We are excited to launch the iFood Community, as it is a project that reflects our commitment to giving a voice to our customers and to everyone who is interested in helping us bring improvements that really positively impact the customer experience and our entire ecosystem” , says Giulia Bonfiglioli, CX communications and engagement manager at iFood.

The iFood Community project began two years ago, with preliminary trials involving 50 customers. Today, the community has around a thousand active participants in WhatsApp groups, who have contributed significantly to the development of the platform.

Technology for collective intelligence

Technology plays a central role in the iFood Community. Using algorithms and data analysis, the platform identifies trends and implements improvements quickly. 

This collaborative model of innovation allows iFood to respond quickly to user demands while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

The iFood Community was created to be the center of a large community of customers, with the aim of activating business, offering opportunities and fostering collective intelligence. The network will include influencers, collaborators, brand ambassadors, establishments, delivery people and the company. The intention is to create a collaborative environment to share experiences and improve iFood services.

To sign up for the iFood Community, simply use the email registered in the application. Members will have the opportunity to actively contribute feedback, participate in exclusive events and take advantage of the gamification system, which offers discounts and gifts as rewards. 

With this approach, iFood seeks to further strengthen ties with its customers, encouraging a relationship of trust and mutual collaboration.
