Company rises in the ranking and leads the Net Love Score, which evaluates the emotional connection with consumers

For the first time, iFood is considered the most loved brand in Brazil, according to Net Love Score, a ranking carried out by Ecglobal, a company in the Haus Ecosystem of the Stefanini Group. A foodtech moved up one position: in 2021, it had been in second place.

In the fourth edition of the Net Love Score, iFood shares the podium with WhatsApp (2O place) and Havaianas (3O place). The research carried out to prepare the ranking seeks to trace an emotional connection between consumers and brands by evaluating 24 factors, such as meeting needs, social and environmental impact and presence in everyday life.

In 2022, 4,170 people gave their opinions on brands from eight segments: electronics and household appliances, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), fashion and beauty, finance, transport, retail, services and new economy.

This year, the result pointed to a balance in the presence of the consumer and technology sectors among those interviewed and an approximation with a greater number of brands from different categories, assesses a article from Mundo do Marketing.

“The NLS has evolved to bring greater wealth of insights and in-depth knowledge about how this emotional connection with brands occurs and what are the main criteria for this affection to happen. The objective is to provide our customers with more and more information for decision-making”, Adriana Rocha, co-founder and CEO of Ecglobal, tells the website.
