iFood does not tolerate offenses or aggression towards delivery men and women nor manifestations of prejudice, harassment, bullying and incitement to violence.
Customers who exhibit this type of attitude will be suspended or excluded from the platform, in accordance with what is stated in the application's Terms and Conditions of Use.
Customers who demonstrate attitudes involving homophobia, racism, religious or political intolerance, machismo, ableism — or any action that diminishes or offends someone will also be punished with account suspension or cancellation.
