The idea is that the study provides data to guide other projects and meetings such as the Restaurant Forum, which take place monthly between the app and establishments.

The report must explain details of iFood's actions at various points, such as service, cancellation, logistics, financial screen and restaurant menu. The initiatives will be shared with more than 300 thousand establishments registered in the application.
