São Paulo, March 2022 – The capital of São Paulo is gaining even more color and urban art. During the month of March, iFood – the largest delivery company in Latin America – brings together a team of graffiti artists to translate consumers' desires to enjoy a year of free iFood. The initiative is part of this month's promotion of 1 year of Free iFood, where all thousands of customers can participate in the application.

“We asked participants what they would do with the prize and selected some answers. The idea is to reproduce and connect people with what feeds them, through a campaign with representation, art and transformation of public spaces”, comments João Clark, marketing director at iFood.

In total, there are 11 spaces that will feature the arts, including Beco do Batman, Liberdade, Mooca, Viaduto. July 9th in the city center, Calçadão Butantã and points in the East and North Zone of the Capital. The action is curated by Binho Ribeiro, one of the pioneers of Graffiti culture in Latin America – as well as the participation of Katia Suzue, Barbara Goy, Lady Brown, Nick Zombie, Rotka, Odé Frasão, Leon, Chivitz and Kueio.

One of the highlights is a gable – the side of a 20-story building, located on Avenida 9 de Julho, above Bar e Lanches Estadão – which will be opened on March 18th. For Binho Ribeiro, the places are chosen based on the residents' routine, so that people see the work as part of their lives. “Graffiti brings colors to the city, movements and makes urban life happier and more pleasant”, he comments.

The graffiti, which is being created, was inspired by consumer phrases, such as “I would make lunch for my whole family and then enjoy the whole year just for myself” and “I would order a lot of different things to try, things I have never eaten” .
