Normalized bank transfers

iFood updates information about 2/28 transfers to delivery drivers

We at iFood are sorry for the inconvenience caused by delays in transfers and we apologize for this situation. The technical problems that affected the transfers were resolved and, after joint efforts with our banking institution, we were able to normalize payment operations and all transfers have now been carried out.

It is important to emphasize that the delay in transfers was caused by technical problems in the banking system. iFood has not suffered any hacker attack and, therefore, has not had any aspect of its operation harmed for this reason.
