In partnership with Escola Conquer, iFood developed, during the pandemic, a course to support restaurant management in times of COVID-19.
The objective was to provide relevant content focused on the challenges posed by the pandemic and with the aim of helping food establishments, especially our partner restaurants, to adjust and even reinvent their businesses at this time.
The course, which was free 100%, included consultants specialized in the topic, teachers from Escola Conquer and professionals from iFood.
There were various contents such as “Marketing and Digital Transformation”, “Finance”, “New ways of operating and cooperating” and “Consumer trends”, in simple, accessible and direct language.
On the occasion, iFood also launched a safe reopening plan for the country's food ecosystem.
This plan consisted of a Safe Reopening Guide for restaurants, and presented a series of protocols and suggestions for changes and adaptations for establishments to adopt.
In addition to the Guide, a new module was also offered within the “Management Support Course”, focused on the topic of safe reopening, in addition to live streams that dealt with the subject.
