This Tuesday (12/12), iFood won, for the sixth consecutive time, the Reclame HERE Award, the largest and most important service and reputation award in Brazil.
With more than 100 thousand votes, the company became sixth in the Food – Delivery category. Second place was aiqfome (6,974 votes), and third place was food to save (5,572 votes).
The Reclame AQUI Award is in its 13th edition and recognizes the companies that are most dedicated to establishing an ethical and transparent relationship with their customers.

This year, the awards had 1,700 companies nominated, of which 196 were awarded. Reclame AQUI counts on the active participation of consumers, and in 2023 received 17 million votes to elect the Brazilian companies that have the best reputation for customer service.
To compete, companies need to have a good reputation on Reclame AQUI, according to consumer evaluations. Then, it is the popular vote that decides who wins the prize. “More than a trophy, they compete for consumer recognition and trust”, informs the award organization.
