O iFood Club is a benefits program that offers discount coupon plans that can be used to place orders at all restaurants registered with iFood.

How to subscribe to the iFood Club?

For be part of the Club, just enter the iFood application and access the Profile tab. There you will find the iFood Club option.

When you click, you will be directed to the purchase page, where you will find the available options. You can choose a one-time purchase or a recurring monthly subscription. Simply select and choose your preferred payment method. The single purchase, which does not automatically renew every month, can be paid by credit, debit and PIX card. Recurring subscription, only via credit card. 

What are the iFood Club’s plans? 

Club plans are available in two formats:

1 – Plan with automatic renewal

You can subscribe to one of the plans with automatic renewal and the coupons are released monthly after confirmation of payment using the credit card registered in the app.

In this format, the advantage is that the Club's offer remains the same throughout the months and is the most economical option. 

2 – Plan without automatic renewal

You can buy once a month and use until the expiration date or until the coupons run out.

What is the validity of Clube iFood coupons?

You coupons iFood Club subscriptions are valid for 30 days and all offer a discount of 25%, limited to R$ 10. Other usage rules can be consulted at the time of purchase.

Can I use more than one coupon on a day?

Yes. There is no restriction on placing multiple orders during the same day, but you are only allowed to use one coupon per purchase. Additionally, coupons cannot be used in the same store within an hour.

If an order is canceled in which an iFood Club discount was used, the coupon used will automatically return to the Coupons area of the customer's Profile.

Why is my coupon not available?

If you place an order and the coupon does not appear as available, it is likely not valid for the category of plan purchased.

Therefore, here's a tip from the CX team: before subscribing to the plan, carefully read its rules of use.

How to cancel the iFood Club?

You can cancel the Club clicking on “Cancel the iFood Club”. Important: cancellation rules are different depending on the Club format.

In the auto-renewal plan, you can request cancellation and refund within 7 days from the date of subscription in the first month of subscription.

Furthermore, if the subscription enters the automatic renewal stage (from the 8th day of the first month, in the following months or after confirmation of payment in plans starting with “Free Period”), when canceling, automatic renewal will not occur in the following month and you will be able to use the service until the expiration date ends.

In the plan without automatic renewal, you can request cancellation within 7 days from the date of purchase and have a full refund if there is no use. If you have already used the coupons, please contact customer service for assistance.
